All FILIGRAN® steel lattice girders offered by us are used for reinforcement of precast reinforced concrete systems.
They are designed in accordance with the rules defined in PN-EN 1992-1-1:2008 for steels with ductility class A and characteristic yield strength of 500 MPa (B500A) or in PN-B-03264 for steel class A-IIIN.

The documents certifying that the FILIGRAN® lattice girders are approved for use in the construction industry are:

  • Certificates of Conformity of the product 1/ZW/123) and 114-ZW-16
    issued by the Institute of Ceramics and Building Materials “CEBET”
    in Warsaw
  • ITB Technical Approval AT – 15 – 2730/2015
  • PN-EN 10080:2007 standard

All FILIGRAN® products are manufactured on modern machines using the state-of-the-art technologies. Certificates of conformity of the products are issued in 1+ system, imposing the most stringent quality requirements on manufacturers and confirming compliance with the requirements of Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 17 November 2016 on ways of declaring performance of construction products and marking them with the construction mark.

Lattice girders are manufactured in the following types: E, D, EQ, JD, JE, EW, FKJ. They are manufactured on automatic welding machines.

They are delivered to customers in 14 m long bundles as standard or according to customer’s request.

The FILIGRAN® flat steel lattice girders (JD, JE) consist of two longitudinal bars joined with sectional diagonals.
The FILIGRAN® spatial steel lattice girders (E, D, EQ, EW, FKJ) consist of an upper chord bar, two lower chord bars and in between diagonal bars.

All lattice girder bars have a cross-section close to circular and are made of steel in grade:
B500A with approval valid in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany
B550A with approval valid in Austria and Slovakia
K500AB with approval valid in Sweden.

After each delivery, we provide the following information on the product:

  • Product marking (name, address, product name and trade mark and nominal diameter)
  • ITB Technical Approval No. AT -15-2730/2015
  • PN-EN 10080:2007 standard
  • Number and issue date of the national declaration of performance
  • Name of the certification body that took part in the conformity assessment
  • Construction mark
